Steven Rouse – Executive Director
Steven served as either a construction foreman or superintendent for twelve major capital projects in Alaska, bringing both project management and field supervision expertise to the job. In addition to earning a B.A. in Economics from the University of Alaska, he holds accreditation from the National Development Corporation as both a housing and economic development finance professional. Mr. Rouse has also been awarded professional certificates in Affordable Housing Development and Construction & Production Management from Neighborhood Reinvestment Training Institute. He has recently completed accreditation as a certified housing asset manager (CHAM) as well.
